烟草生育后期烟叶钾含量杂种优势及遗传分析

摘    要:为培育富钾烟草品种,对C371、RG17、K326、红大、NC89、8541、中烟98和12个杂交组合共19个基因型的钾含量进行测定。结果发现,烟叶钾含量在不同基因型间的差异达到了极显著水平,在不同组合间存在着不同程度的杂种优势。说明可以利用烟叶钾含量差异较大的亲本配出好的组合,利用F1提高烟叶钾含量。不同基因型烟草钾含量的一般配合力和特殊配合力差异较大,在选择亲本时要考虑其配合力的情况。烟叶钾含量的遗传力较高,说明其受遗传环境和其他因素的影响较小,在杂种的早期世代进行选择对培育富钾烟草品种效果显著。

Abstract:To select potassium-accumulated tobacco, the potassium content of C371, RG17, K326, Hongda, NC89, 8541, Zhongyan 98 and 12 crosses were measured. Results showed that the difference of potassium content of tobacco leaf in different genotypes was achieved marked level. High-potassium-content crosses might be gotten using parents whose potassium content was highly different. General combining ability and specific combining ability among different genotypes was different. Combining ability of the parents should be considered when select parents. The heritability of potassium content in tobacco leaf was high, suggesting that it was little affected by environment. It was better to select high-potassium-content plants in early generations.
