| 摘 要： | 采用MTX或TdR细胞同步化技术制备了早中期染色体,并应用G-,R-,C-,DA/DAPI显带和银染技术,研究了二花脸猪的高分辨显带核型,其主要结果如下:1.G-带和R-带带型与其它家猪的带型相似,但C-带和Ag-NORs存在多态性;2.Ag-NOR定位于No.7和No.10染色体上;3,DA/DAPI带与端着丝粒染色体C-带相对应。此外,绘制了G带核型模式图,并讨论了染色体的分组及排列、G带带型的一致性、着丝粒异染色质的异质性和Ag-NOR频率与品种的关系。

| Abstract: | The prometaphase chromosomes were prepared according to the MTX or TdR cell synchronization technique.The high resolution banded karyotype of the Erhualian pig has been studied by various banding techniques including G-, R-, C-, DA/DAPI banding and Ag-NOR staining.The main results are as follows: 1) G- and R-banding patterns of chromosomes in Erhualian pigs are similar to those of other domestic pigs, but the C-bands and Ag-NORs are present polymorphism; 2) Ag-NORs are situated in No.7 and No.10 chromosomes; 3) There is correspondence between the DA/DAPI bright fluorescence bands and the C-bands of telocentric chromosomes.In addition, an idiogram is proposed for the G- and R-banded karyotype of the domestic pigs.The following aspects are preliminarily discussed such as the grouping and arrangement in chromosome order,the identity on G-and R-bands of the pig chromosomes, the heterogeneity of centromere heterochromatin, as well as the relation between Ag-NORs frequencies and different varieties. |
