| 摘 要： | 根据学科建设和专业发展的需要，分析了《卷烟工艺学》的教学实践，初步探索了这门课程的教学内容、教学方法及实践教学等方面的改革。通过研究和探索，实现了对传统教学模式的变革，形成了“教学一实践一人才质量跟踪”有机结合的新型人才培养模式；借助多媒体教学手段，提高教学效率，强化教学效果，培养学生的思维能力；通过构建校企合作的实践教学模式，加强实践教学的条件，培养学生的创新能力。
