| 摘 要： | 采用茶鲜叶和甜叶菊为原料，经杀青后，添加稳定剂和抗氧化剂，直接打浆，沸水浸出工艺制作甜叶菊茶汁。制成品营养保健成分含量高，色泽稳定，滋味甜润可口，沉淀较少，有一定的开发价值。

| Abstract: | This extracts is manufactured with tea shoots and steviarebaudiana by de-enzyming, crushing, soaking and adding some substants which can avoid precipitation and oxidation. It'srich in nutritious snd health-keeping substants, less in precipitate, stable in colour, better in taste and valuable to be put into production. |
