亚硝酸盐氮对方斑东风螺毒性的研究

摘    要:用常规的生物毒性试验方法,分别在不同盐度和pH下进行了亚硝酸盐氮对壳高为0.5cm的方斑东风螺(Babyloniaareolata)的急性毒性试验。结果表明,盐度对亚硝酸盐氮的毒性有较大的影响,其24hLC50、48hLC50、72hLC50和96hLC50,在盐度28时均显著高于盐度18和23时,(P<0.05),盐度越高亚硝酸盐氮毒性越弱。其半致死浓度在pH8.5时显著高于pH6.5和7.5时,(P<0.05),较高pH值条件下亚硝酸盐氮的毒性较弱;pH为6.5和7.5时,其半致死浓度差异不显著(P>0.05),低的pH对亚硝酸盐氮毒性的影响不明显。

Abstract:Acute toxicity test of NO_2-N with Babylonia. areolata was conducted under the conditions of different salinity and pH. The results showed that salinity produced remarkable effects on the toxicity of NO_2-N, for the 24 h LC_ 50 , 48 h LC_ 50 , 72 h LC_ 50 and 96 h LC_ 50 values for B. areolata at the salinity of 28 were all significantly higher than those at the salinity of 23 and 18(P<0.05), indicating that the higher the salinity, the lower the toxicity of NO_2-N. Similarly, the LC_ 50 values at 8.5 pH were all significantly higher than those at 7.5 and 6.5 pH, displaying that the higher the pH values, the lower the toxicity of NO_2-N. However, the LC_ 50 values at 6.5 and 7.5 pH were not significantly different(P>0.05). It seems likely that low pH has little effect on the toxicity of NO_2-N.
