| 摘 要： | 文章针对农业科技创新与成果转化的限制"瓶颈",提出建立农业科技创新与成果转化体系,应在自主创新上强"源",构建科技创新团队;完善农技推广网络,提升农技推广人员科技文化素质,在成果转移上扩"库";突出视觉冲击,在农民应用成果上畅"流",使科技成果通过农技推广网络从科研院校的"高势能"转移到农民的"低势能"。通过提升农业技术推广体系、农民专业合作组织的主动推广能力,建立农业科技成果展示体系、农业电视节目制作体系、农业技术物化体系,加速推进农业科技成果物化转化。

| Abstract: | Tackling the bottleneck of limitation on the innovation and achievement transformation of agricultural science and technology（IATAST）,it was proposed that the establishment of the IATAST system should be based on independent innovation and construction of the innovation teams.The agro-technique extension network should be perfected and the quality of technicians be enhanced.The collection of achievement transformation needs to be enlarged.For visual impact,the channels of achievements application should be broadened and the scientific achievements should be transferred from research institutions（high-potential energy） to the extension networks and farmers（low-potential energy）.Also,the active radiation ability of agro-technique extension systems,the specialized peasant co-operation and agriculture technology parks should be reinforced.The systems of exhibition,the TV program-making and materialized of agricultural achievements should be established and therefore the promotion of IATAST can be speeded up. |
