| 摘 要： | 利用基因转化技术进行经济林木遗传改良潜力很大。目前已建立了有效的植物基因转化技术体系,并在10多种经济林木上获得了外源转基因植株,一些重要的经济林木主要农艺性状的控制性基因图谱已经或正在开始建立。要使基因转化技术改良经济林木品种向实用化方向发展,还应在提高转化率和植株再生率以及在转化基因表达与调控等方面作进一步深入研究

| Abstract: | Transgenic technology offers dramatic potential in the improvement of economic trees, which has taken great progress in a few years. The useful gene transformation systems have been established, more than 10 of the economic trees species have got transgenic plants, Gene mapping of the major horticultural characteristics of some important economic trees have been established. In order to make the technology more practical, it should be focussed on the search of increasing efficiency of transformation and regeneration, genetic analysis of economic trees, and expression and regulation of transgenes |
