微量元素对小麦种子发芽状况的影响

摘    要:目的]研究不同浓度Zn2+、MoO42-、BO32-对不同小麦品种种子发芽状况的影响。方法]供试小麦品种分别为陇育0456和陇育4号。ZnSO4·7H2O、Na2MO4·2H2O、H2BO3、1%次氯酸钠溶液浓度均分别为0.1%、0.3%、0.5%。结果]浓度0.1%的Zn2+对小麦种子发芽表现为促进作用,浓度0.3%、0.5%的Zn2+对小麦种子发芽有抑制作用;浓度0.1%~0.5%的MoO42-、BO32-对小麦种子发芽均有胁迫作用,且随浓度的增加胁迫作用增强;BO32-对小麦种子发芽胁迫作用最大,MoO42-对小麦种子发芽的影响居中。结论]同一离子不同浓度对同一品种小麦种子萌发有不同效应。同一离子同一浓度对不同小麦品种种子发芽效应不同。不同离子同一浓度对同一品种小麦种子发芽率亦不同。适宜的微量元素种类及浓度可促进小麦种子发芽。

Effects of Microelement on Germination Status of Wheat Seed

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the effects of Zn2+,MoO42-,BO32 on germination of different wheat varieties.Method] The wheat varieties were Longyu 0456 and Longyu No.4.The concentration of ZnSO4 · 7H2O,Na2MO4 · 2H2O,H2BO3,1% NaC1O solution was all 0.1%,0.3%,0.5%,resp..Result] 0.1% Zn2+ showed positive effect on wheat seed germination rate,0.3%,0.5% Zn2+ showed inhibition effect; 0.1%-0.5% MoO42-and BO32-both showed stress effect on wheat seed germination rate,and which enhanced with increasing of stress concentration; BO32-had the biggest stress effect on wheat germination rate,and which of MoO42-was medium.Conclusion] The same ion of different concentrations has different effect on germination rate of the same wheat variety.The same ion with the same concentration has different effect on different wheat varieties.Different ion with the same concentration also has different effect on the same wheat variety.The suitable species of microelements and their concentration promotes the germination of wheat seeds.
