摘    要:弹性模量是研究玉米秸秆机械特性的关键指标之一。本文利用二次正交旋转组合试验设计方案,通过秸秆样品三点弯曲试验研究了含水率、叶鞘位置和取样位置3个玉米秸秆取样因素对玉米秸秆弹性模量的影响。试验表明,各因素的一次项中,只有含水率对玉米秸秆弹性模量的影响极显著;然而3个取样因素的二次项对玉米秸秆弹性模量的影响均显著;此外,含水率和叶鞘位置的交互作用,以及含水率和取样位置的交互作用,对玉米秸秆弹性模量的影响均为极显著。这一结果说明,玉米秸秆弹性模量随取样位置和叶鞘位置的不同而变化的规律,还会受到含水率的交互影响。这些因素对弹性模量的影响很可能是由于玉米秸秆的内部组织结构的不均匀性所导致的。

Abstract:Elastic modulus is the key indicators during studying the mechanical properties of straw.Basing on quadratic orthogonal rotating combination experimental design scheme,this paper studied on combined effects on the elastic modulus of corn straw influenced by moisture content,leaf position and sampling locations.The results show that there is a significant effect on the elastic modulus caused by the one-order of moisture content,while there is significant effect caused by two-order of leaf position and sampling locations.In addition,there is also a significant effect caused by the interaction of moisture content & sampling locations and moisture content & leaf position.These influences were likely due to the internal structure of corn straw.
