摘    要:无刷直流电机(BLDCM)是一个非线性、多变量、强耦合的系统,常规的PID控制难以达到良好的控制效果,模糊PID控制器依据模糊算法在线自整定PID参数,可弥补常规PID的不足之处,提高控制精度,取得更好的控制效果。论文对所设计的模糊PID控制器在Matlab/Simulink环境下进行了纯数学仿真的研究及调试。在数学仿真的基础上,采用dSPACE硬件平台对电机进行了硬件在环仿真,通过直接控制实物电机,验证了模糊PID控制系统具有良好的动、静态性能。

Abstract:Brushless DC Motor (BLDCM) is a nonlinear, muhivariable and strongly coupled system. The control effect of conventional PID is not good. Fuzzy PID controller with online setting PID parameters can improve control accuracy and obtain better control effect. A digital simulation model was established in Matlab/Simulink, which proved the good control performance of fuzzy PID controller. A hardware in the loop system with BLDCM and its inverter was designed to experiment. The experimental results show that the fuzzy PID control system has excellent dynamic and static performance.
