| 摘 要： | 以微孔滤膜为核心手段，研究采用滤膜空斑法从土壤中筛选芒果炭疽病菌拮抗细菌的可行性。结果使用该方法从土壤中筛选到9个对芒果炭疽病菌有疑似拮抗作用的细菌，经试验确认其中2个菌株对芒果炭疽病菌具有良好的拮抗作用。表明从滤膜空斑中确实可以挑取到对芒果炭疽病菌具有抑制效果的细菌分离物，证明用滤膜空斑法从土壤筛选抑制芒果炭疽病菌菌丝生长的细菌是可行的。

| Abstract: | The microporous filter membrane was selected as the core measure to study the feasibility of using filter membrane and clear patch method to screen the antagonistic bacteria of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides from soil.The results showed that 9 kinds of bacteria suspected to be antagonistic to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides were screened from the soil.Among them,two bacteria strains had excel-lent antagonistic activity to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.It is indicated that the bacteria isolate could be scree... |
