| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨45％咪鲜胺水乳剂对香蕉采后炭疽病的控制效果。方法]采用生长速率法进行45％咪鲜胺水乳剂对香蕉炭疽病的室内毒力测定；设45％咪鲜胺水乳剂有效成分分别为250、375、500mg／kg的3个处理，采用常温浸果1min的方式进行药剂处理，之后晾干，用聚乙烯袋密封包装，分别在温度为26．2—29．3℃（2006）和25．9—32．4℃（2007）条件下贮藏，贮藏后第14天和第18天分别调查各处理的总果数量、炭疽病果数量及病级。结果]该药剂对香蕉炭疽病菌的生长具有较强的抑制作用，EC90=757．0μg／L，EC50=0．5933μg／L。2年采后防治试验表明：蕉果采后用有效浓度为250mg／kg的45％咪鲜胺水乳剂浸渍处理，贮藏后18d对香蕉炭疽病的防效分别为72．3％和76．9％。结论]45％咪鲜胺水乳剂具有较高的毒力，能够有效控制香蕉炭疽病菌的生长。 |
