| Abstract: | This article describes from the effect and the benefit of the non-engineering measures for flood protection that the non-engineering measures for flood protection is a modern tech-nique with the less investment.more benefit and a wide development future, and it must be combined with the engineering measures for flood protection to from a complete flood protection system. The constructions of nonengineering measures for flood protection musy be strengtherned to eran benefit from science modernization. This article also explains how to set up the non-engineering measures for flood protection. |
