摘    要:以黑籽南瓜和白籽南瓜种子为材料,用120、180、240 mmol/L NaCl进行处理,对黑籽南瓜和白籽南瓜发芽期的耐盐性进行了比较。结果表明:在各个NaCl浓度下,白籽南瓜的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数都高于黑籽南瓜,且白籽南瓜种子萌发的活力指数和胚根的根系活力高、胚根细胞质膜渗透率低。比较两者的盐害指数得出,白籽南瓜发芽期耐盐性高于黑籽南瓜。

Abstract:Two squash varieties(Cucurbita ficifolia Bouche.and Cucurbita moschata Duch.ex Poir.) were treated with different concentrations of NaCl(120,180,240 mmol/L),and the salt tolerance in phrase of seed germination was compared.The results indicated that Cucurbita moschata has stronger salt-tolerance than Cucurbita ficifolia in phrase of seed germination under NaCl stress,with higher germination potential,germination rate,germination index,activity index and root activity,and lower salt injury index and leakage of radicle in Cucurbita moschata than those in Cucurbita ficifolia.
