摘    要:采用SSR分子标记方法,选用24对引物,以杂交玉米宁单11杂交种子及其父母本为实验材料,对宁单11种子纯度进行鉴定。通过带型分析,筛选出在杂交种中呈现清晰且双亲互补带型的特异性引物,并依据特异性引物的筛选标记结果对抽样批次的宁单11种子样本进行纯度鉴定。结果表明:phi034、phi080、umc1638、bnlg439、bnlg1792五对SSR引物可用于玉米杂交种宁单11种子纯度鉴定。

Abstract:In this study,the genomic DNA extracted from F1 of Ningdan 11 and its parents lines were subjected to SSR analysis with 24 pairs of primer.By zone type analysis,screened out specific primers which zone type was clear and parents complementary.According to the analysis of specific primers markers,seed purity of Ningdan11 maize hybird were identified.The result showed that five specific primer phi034,phi080,umc1638,bnlg439,bnlg1792 were suitable for identifying seed purity of this variety.
