摘    要:SSR分子标记是继形态、细胞和生化标记之后一种重要的遗传标记。主要阐述了SSR分子标记的原理及其在指纹图谱构建、杂种优势群划分、玉米自交系遗传变异研究、玉米新品种纯度及真伪的鉴定等方面的应用,探讨了其在玉米种质研究中存在的问题和应用前景。

Abstract:Compared with morphological,cytological and biochemical markers,molecular markers have a series of advantages,therefore they have been extensively applied in life science.The principles of several SSR Molecular markers and their application on fingerprinting construction,classification of heterotic groups,assessment of germplasm genetic diversity and seed purity test for maize were reviewed.The present existing problems and prospective of molecular markers application in germplasm were evaluated.
