NaCl和Na_2SO_4胁迫对白羊草种子萌发的影响

摘    要:用不同浓度的NaCl和Na2SO(40,12.5,25,50,75,100,150,200,300 mmol/L)对白羊草种子进行胁迫,测定其对白羊草种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、萌发活力指数、耐盐指数和综合相对盐害率等指标的影响。结果表明,在NaCl胁迫下,白羊草种子的萌发随着盐浓度的增高表现为低盐(12.5或25 mmol/L)促进、高盐(>25 mmol/L)抑制;在Na2SO4胁迫下,随着盐浓度的增加,对种子萌发的抑制作用明显增强。

Abstract:Bothriochloa ischaemum seeds were treated with different concentrations on NaCl and Na2SO4 solution(0,12.5,25,50,75,100,150,200 and 300 mmol/L) to determine germination percentage,germination potential,germination index,germination vigor index,salt-tolerance index and general relative salt-injury rate in order to provide information on seed germination.The results showed that lower salt concentrations(12.5 mmol/L or 25 mmol/L) promoted the germination and higher salt concentrations(>25 mmol/L) significantly...
