酒红球盖菇液体摇瓶培养基优化

摘    要:通过酒红球盖菇菌丝在液体摇瓶培养基内培养,结果表明,液体培养最佳碳源是蔗糖、最佳氮源是麸皮;以菌丝体生物量为测量指标,采用正交试验方法筛选出酒红球盖菇液体摇瓶最佳培养基为:蔗糖2%,可溶性淀粉1%,麸皮2%,蛋白胨0.5%,KH2PO4 0.1%,MgSO4 0.05%。

Abstract:The results of Stropharia rugoso-annulate mycelium culture in liquid medium in the shaking flask,showed that the best carbon source for the liquid medium was sucrose and the best nitrogen source bran;Using mycelium as measurement indicators on biomass and the orthogonal experiment methods,the best liquid medium in shaking flask of Stropharia rugoso-annulate was selected as: sucrose 2%,soluble starch 1%,bran 2%,peptone 0.5%,KH2PO4 0.1%,MgSO4 0.05%.
