摘    要:【目的】研究诱捕器与性诱芯对苹果蠹蛾和梨小食心虫的诱捕效果。【方法】比较不同诱捕器(水盆式诱捕器,三角粘胶式诱捕器)、不同性诱芯(苹果蠹蛾和梨小食心虫性诱芯)对苹果蠹蛾和梨小食心虫的诱捕效果。【结果】诱捕梨小食心虫水盆法好于三角盒粘胶法,诱捕苹果蠹蛾三角盒粘胶法好于水盆法。苹果蠹蛾性诱芯诱捕梨小食心虫数量小于梨小食心虫性诱芯诱集的数量,并存在显著差异(P=0.012),梨小食心虫性诱芯诱集苹果蠹蛾的现象较少。【结论】研究为聚集信息素的提取及诱捕剂的研制工作提供依据。

Abstract:【Objective】The research aimed to study the trapping efficiency of different trappers and sex attractant on Cydia Pomonella L.and Grapholitha molesta Busck.【Method】The trapping efficiency of different trappers(water basin method,triangle box sticky method) and sex attractant Cydia Pomonella L.sex attractant,Grapholitha molesta Busck sex attractant)on Cydia Pomonella L.and Grapholitha molesta Busck were studied in the field conditions.【Result】The trapping efficiency of Grapholitha molesta Busck showed that the water basin method was better than triangle box sticky method,Cydia Pomonella L.triangle box sticky method was better than the water basin method.Cydia Pomonella L. sex pheromone lure for Grapholitha molesta Busck was less than that of Grapholitha molesta Busck sex pheromone.The differences between two lure treatments were significant(P=0.012),The phenomenon of Grapholitha molesta Busck sex pheromone lure Cydia Pomonella L.was fewer.【Conclusion】This research will provide the theoretical references for extracting aggregation pheromones and developing trapping agents in future.
