摘    要:通过测试力学性能和导电性能,对铜铬合金进行了冷变形及退火工艺的探索,并进行亍强化机理分析.结果表明,冷变形和退火处理促进了材料中铬粒子的析出;合金组织细小均匀,兼有细晶强化、弥散强化和形变强化的效果.材料具有较高的强度和良好的导电性能,适合在林用工具上应用.

Abstract:Cold deformation and heat treatment have been studied through testing mechanical property and conductivity of Cu-Cr alloy,and strengthening mechanism has been presented in the paper.The result shows that large quantity of Cr particles has precipitated after cold deformation and heat treatment.The grain size of Cu-Cr alloy gets smaller and its strength increases markedly duo to the small grain size,dispersion strengthening and working hardening.The material has high strength and good conductivity,and will find wide apphcation in forestry tools.
