| 摘 要： | 随着国家经济的发展和畜牧业产业结构调整地不断深入,我国养牛业得到了巨大发展,对具备现代养牛业技术技能的高素质专业人才需求越来越大。牛生产学是一门实践性和操作性很强的课程,通过该课程的学习,对培养基础扎实、知识面宽、能力强的专业应用型人才具有重要作用。但目前该课程在内容设置、教学方法等方面存在一定的问题,本文通过对动物科学专业牛生产学的教学现状及存在问题的分析,提出了牛生产学课程改革的初步设想,以期通过这些改革措施的实施,提高教学质量,为培养基础实、知识面宽、能力强的养牛专业应用型人才打下基础。

| Abstract: | With the development of economy and agricultural industry adjustment,china＇s cattle industry have made a big advance.So,the demand for professional personnel with practical skills and abilities are increasingly required in modern cattle industry.Cattle production is a highly operative and practical course.Through the course,it has made a great effect on training students with strong foundations,broad knowledge scopes,strong practical abilities,and great potentials.At present,there are some problems in the teaching contents,methods and the way of evaluation in this course.The paper analyses present situation and issues in the course of cattle production and puts forward the corresponding measures in the new era.It was aimed at to improve the teaching quality and to search for new teaching method,and then laid the foundations of developing modern professional applied talents. |
