| 摘 要： | 通过组建聊城金桥蓝狐核心群,采用等级选配、品质选配与亲缘选配等综合技术制定选育方案。经连续六个世代选育,成年种公狐体长（78.30±1.74）cm,体重（14.90±0.79）kg;成年母狐体长（65.22±1.24）cm,体重（8.49±0.32）kg。金桥蓝狐背中部被毛密度均在18000根/cm2以上,皮张尺码在000级以上占95.94%,平均产仔7.30±0.54只,断奶成活5.34±0.64只,仔狐断乳成活率70%以上。与F1相比,成年公狐体长提高11.22%（P〈0.01）,体重提高48.70%（P〈0.01）,成年母狐体长提高13.23%（P〈0.01）,体重提高22.16%（P〈0.01）,胎平均产仔降低3.95%,断奶成活降低4.47%。金桥蓝狐群体遗传性能稳定,体型外貌整齐一致,性状的变异较小。F6成年公狐体长、体重变异系数分别为2.0%和5.3%,成年母狐体长、体重变异系数分别为2.0%和3.8%。

| Abstract: | The selective breeding of core group of Golden Bridge Blue Foxes was conducted through constructing core breeds,selecting in ranking,quality,affinity mating,ect.based on the selection criteria and rating method of arctic foxes.After six-generation of breeding,the body length of adult male fox reached（78.30±1.74）cm and body weight（14.90±0.79）kg;the body length of adult female reached（65.22±1.24）cm and body weight（8.49±0.32）kg.The central back hair density of Golden Bridge Blue Fox is 18000/cm2 or above,the fur sizes of level 000 or above account for 95.94% or more.Its average litter size at birth and weaning were 7.30±0.54 and 5.34±0.64,respectively,and weaning survival rate reached 70% or above.Compared with the 1st generation,the body length and body weight of adult male fox was 11.22%（P〈0.01）and 48.70%（P〈0.01）higher,while those of adult female are 13.23%（P〈0.01）and 22.16%（P〈0.01）higher,respectively;the average litter size at birth reduced by 3.95% and its weaning survival rate decreased by 4.47%.By far,the genetic performance is stable,the population appearance is uniform and the variation of traits is small in the core breeds of Golden Bridge Blue Foxes.The variation coefficient of body length of adult male foxes of the 6th generation is 2.0%and that of body weight is 5.3%,while those of adult female foxes are 2.0% and 3.8%,respectively. |
