摘    要:发酵床是结合现代微生物发酵处理技术提出的一种环保、安全有效的生态养猪法,为了推广发酵床养猪技术,试验选择60 d龄大小体重约26 kg的长白猪20头,公母各半,随机分成试验组(发酵床)和对照组(常规法饲养),通过试验期为120 d的对比饲养试验,分别对60 d、120 d的增重和饲料消耗量进行分析,以及试验期结束后随机屠宰5头试验猪作肉质测定分析,结果:试验组与对照组相比日增重无显著差异(P>0.05);饲料用量试验组比对照组低0.4 kg/(头·d)(P<0.05);试验组饲养成本比对照组低27.9元;6项肉质指标均优于对照组.
