小流域土地资源信息库在水土保持规划中的应用

摘    要:结合海河流域及黄土高原的水土保持规划任务,对计算机信息处理技术及遥感技术在小流域土地资源清查及水土保持规划中的应用作了研究。研究成果表明,采用这种方法可以显著提高调查及规划工作的质量与效率。与目前通用的方法相比,提高调查速度约20倍,降低费用约1/2。应用信息库检索、统计土地资源信息及编制最优方案的速度,比通用方法提高约400倍。

Abstract:In connection with a project for the soil and water conservation in Haihe Valley and Loess Plateau (North China), the feasibility of introducing information management systems and remote sensing techniques to land resources inventory and soil and water conservation planning in small watershed was investigated. The results proved that adoption of such methods greatly improved quality and efficiency of such work. Compared with the traditional methods, the speed of investigation was increased 20 times, while working cost reduced to one half, the speed of collecting land resources statistics and of making decision about optimized planning were increased 400 times by information management system.
