摘    要:2012年4月到2015年9月,在滇西北香格里拉县小中甸镇,以退化亚高山草甸为研究对象,测定封育条件下草地地上生物量、地下生物量、土壤容重、土壤水分和土壤有机质含量。结果表明:封育1~2年可显著提高草地地上现存量;连续封育4年后,草地地下生物量无显著变化,草地地上生物量增加了11.67倍,总生物量增加了0.74倍,有毒有害植物在地上现存量中所占比例仍然达到13.3%,对退化草地实施封育的同时应该结合除杂、补播等措施,可更有效地改善草地质量和提高草地生产力。对退化草地连续封育4年后,0~10 cm土壤容重显著降低而土壤含水量显著增加,10~40 cm土壤有机质显著增加。

Abstract:In April 2012,the degraded sub-alpine meadow was enclosed to test the aboveground biomass,underground biomass,plant functional groups,soil bulk,soil moisture and soil organic matter content were measured from 2012 to 2015 in Xiaozhongdian Town of Shangri-la County in northwestern Yunnan.The results showed that the standing crop of enclosed pasture significantly increased in the first two years compared with the degraded area,but no more increase occurred during the third and fourth years.After four years,enclosure did not show effect on underground biomass,but could increase the aboveground biomass by as much as 11.67 times,and increase the total biomass by 0.74 times compared with degraded pasture.The proportion of biomass of poisonous and harmful species was still as high as from 13.2% to 63.5%.So,the reseeding and weeds control were necessary.After three to four years enclosing,the soil bulk density decreased and soil moisture increased significantly in 10 cm layer,and the soil organic matter content increased significantly in 10 cm to 40 cm layer.
