同源四倍体玉米的细胞遗传学研究

摘    要:本文继人工诱变的同源四倍体玉米为对象,对同源四倍体玉米和普通二倍体玉米的体细胞染色体数目,减数分裂的染色体行为,花粉的育性、结实率进行了较全面的比较分析,结果表明,导致同源四倍体玉米结实率下降,产量不高的主要因素是减数分裂时染色体配对混乱,分离不均衡等现象所造成的。同时我们对花粉的育性也进行了鉴定,镜检结果,同源四倍体玉米的花粉育性为45%,普通二倍体玉米花粉的育性为65%,故同源四倍体花粉育性下降20%左右,花粉的直径,同源四倍体玉米为75.625μ,普通二倍体玉米平均为61.875μ,差值为13.75μ。又通过统计观察玉米(雌穗),同源四倍体玉米的结实率为8.24%;与普通二倍体玉米比较有明显的差异。

A STUDY OF CELL GENETICS ON AUTOTETRAPLOID MAIZE
Abstract:This paper studied the chromosome numbers of body cell、behavior of chromosome meiosis,pollen fertility and bearing rate on autotetraploid and diploid maize.The result.show that the reason of a decline in the bearing rate and yield of autotetraploid maize,that is because the chromosome pairing confusion and separating unbalance during meiosis.Through appraising pollen fertility,autotetraploid fertility is 45%,diploid is 65%,so autotetraploid fertility dropped about 20%.So far as pollen size,autotetraploid pollen diameter is 75.625μ,diploid is 61.875.Through statistical analysis,the fearing rate of autotetraploid is 8.24%,there are obviously defference as compared with diploid.
