硫酸软骨素提取因素优化研究

摘    要:目的]为硫酸软骨素的工业化生产提供依据。方法]以鸡胸软骨为原料,通过单因素优化试验研究影响硫酸软骨素产率的显著性因素,探索碱液水解法提取硫酸软骨素的最佳工艺条件。结果]料液比、提取温度和碱液浓度对硫酸软骨素的产率有较大影响。料液比是影响硫酸软骨素产率的最显著因素,提取温度为次显著因素,而碱液浓度也是影响产率的显著因素。碱液水解法提取硫酸软骨素的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶6.75,反应温度40℃,碱液浓度6%。结论]在该条件下,所得硫酸软骨素产品的最高产率为19.75%,纯度为82.59%,氮含量为3.35%,符合国家标准。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for the industrialized production of chondroitin sulfate.Method] With the cartilage of chicken breast as raw material,the significant factors that affected the yield of chondroitin sulfate were studied in single factor optimization test.And the optimum processing conditions of extracting chondroitin sulfate by lye hydrolysis method were discussed.Result] The material-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and lye concn.had greater effects on the yield of chondroitin sulfate.The material-liquid ratio was the most significant factor that affected the yield of chondroitin sulfate,extraction temperature was the sub-significant factor and lye concn.was also was one significant factor that affected the yield.The optimum processing conditions of extracting chondroitin sulfate by lye hydrolysis method were as follows: the material-liquid ratio was 1∶6.75,the reaction temperature was 40℃ and lye concn.was 6%.Conclusion] Under these conditions,the highest yield of the obtained products of chondroitin sulfate was 19.75%,the purity was 82.59% and nitrogen content was 3.35%,which accorded with national standards.
