| 摘 要： | 食品质量与安全状况直接关系到人民的身体健康和生命安全，影响社会的稳定和发展。当前，食品安全面临着新的形势，食品质量与安全专业成为我国高等教育的热门专业。分析食品质量与安全专业目前存在的问题以及建设特色专业应采取的措施，提出合理规划课程内容、规范教案与教学内容、加强学生实践技能培养和发展有特色的办学方向等专业建设新思路。
