摘    要:研究杏鲍菇菌丝营养生长特性,为人工高产栽培提供科学依据。采用菌丝球干重法和出菇试验,对杏鲍菇菌丝在不同培养基上的生长情况进行比较。结果表明,母种培养基以马铃薯综合培养基最好,栽培料以棉籽壳、木屑、玉米粉和麸皮按一定比例配合为佳,杏鲍菇菌丝球在接种后第6天生长量达到最大,可作为接种时间的依据。

Abstract:The nutrition characteristics of mycelia of Pleurotus eryrgii were studied. Mycelia growth of P. eryrgii in different cultures was compared by testing dry weight of hypha ball and mushroom production. The results indicated that the stock ino-culum media is best made from potato,the production media can be made from mixtures of cotton seed shell,saw-dust,the maize powder and husk in certain proportion. The amount of mycelia ball reach highest biomass six days after inoculation,this can be used to determine the time of inoculation.
