| 摘 要： | 2008～2009年在中国黑龙江省各主要水稻产区采集稻瘟病标样,共分离得到356个单孢菌株。采用全国统一的7个鉴别寄主共鉴定出7群34个中国小种。其中ZA、ZC和ZB为黑龙江省稻区的主要优势小种群,其出现频率分别为34.83%,19.38%和16.57%。ZB1是优势小种,其出现频率为9.27%,其次是ZC1(5.62%),再次是ZA1(5.06%)、ZA33(5.06%)和ZA49(5.06%)。从总体上看,不同地区稻瘟病菌主要生理小种的类型及其组成不同。
