毒死蜱与有机硅混用对四季豆的残留降解与安全间隔期的影响

摘    要:研究了不同有机硅表面活性剂与毒死蜱混用对四季豆的残留降解和安全间隔期的影响.结果表明:毒死蜱在四季豆中的降解动态符合一级动力学方程,且毒死蜱在四季豆中单独使用时的原始残留量较低,而不同有机硅剂型与毒死蜱混用处理对四季豆中的残留量有不同的影响;毒死蜱与有机硅混合处理的残留量高于单独处理,但对四季豆巾毒死蜱的降解速率与半衰期影响不大.根据毒死蜱在四季豆中的残留降解动态方程,计算出不同间隔期的理论残留量,并参照国外标准计算安全间隔期在5 d左右.结论认为,尽管毒死蜱及其与有机硅混用时在四季豆中的残留量可符合CAC的标准要求,但较难达到欧盟、美国和日本的标准要求.
