| 摘 要： | 以短序鹅掌柴的枝条为扦插材料,以珍珠岩和泥炭为基质,分别用200 mg/L的IBA和200 mg/L ABT2号生根粉溶液处理插条后扦插,研究IBA和ABT2号对短序鹅掌柴扦插繁殖的影响.结果表明:两种处理均能促进短序鹅掌柴插条形成大量愈伤组织,还可进一步促进插条不定根的形成,但对新梢生长有一定的抑制作用,其中以IBA处理的生根效果较好.

| Abstract: | The effects of IBA and ABT No.2 plant growth regulators on the callus growth and rooting of Schefflera bodinieri were studied by taking the branches as cuttings,perlite and peat as substrates for the cuttage. The cuttings were separately treated with 200 mg/L of IBA and 200 mg/L of ABT No.2 rooting powder solutions.The results showed that both of IBA and ABT No.2 rooting powder had positive effect on the formation of callus tissue and adventitious roots.Both of IBA and ABT would inhibit the sprout growth.It was showed that IBA treatment could better promote the rooting process of S.bodinieri cuttings. |
