| 摘 要： | 艾纳香油来源于菊科植物艾纳香Blumea balsamifera（L.）DC.]。本文考察外用艾纳香油过敏性和急性毒性，了解艾纳香油的用药安全性，为临床安全用药提供依据。采用皮肤过敏性试验和急性毒性试验的常规方法进行。在过敏性实验中，以豚鼠为实验动物，外用艾纳香油于豚鼠完整皮肤上，观察动物过敏情况；在急性毒性实验中，以大鼠为实验动物，艾纳香油分别外用于大鼠完整皮肤和破损皮肤，观察动物急性毒性情况。研究结果表明，艾纳香油外用对豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏性，对大鼠完整皮肤和破损皮肤无急性毒性。因此，艾纳香油无致敏性和急性毒性。
