东亚飞蝗触角感器数量及分布在不同发育阶段的变化

摘    要:采用显微技术对不同发育阶段的东亚飞蝗(Locusta migratoria manilensis)触角感器的数量和分布进行了研究。结果表明,随着蝗虫龄期的增加,其触角各鞭节上的毛形、锥形、腔锥形和刺形感器数量也在不断增加,成虫期的锥形和腔锥形感器的数量为1龄的10倍左右,而毛形和刺形感器增加的数量为1龄期的5~6倍。统计分析结果表明,成虫与5龄之间,5龄与4龄的各种类型感器总数有显著性差异(t测验,p<0.05)。在不同节上各种类型感器增加的数量不同,锥形和腔锥形感器数量在触角鞭节中部增加最多。而且不同发育阶段触角的刺形、毛形、锥形和腔锥形感器在各节增加部位有明显的不同。该研究结果对于研究蝗虫感受化学信息的分子机制奠定了一定基础。

Abstract:The number and distribution of sensillum on different developmental antenna of Locusta migratoria manilensis were studied.The results show that the numbers of antennal sensillar on anttena at different stage of locust increase significantly,particularly sensillum basiconic and sensillum ceoloconica,in contrast,sensillum trichodea and chartica increase modestly.There are significant differences between numbers of each type of sensillum of 5th instar and adult,those of 5th instar and 4th instar(t-test,p<0.05).And the increases are different in the number of each type of sensillum,chaetica,trichodea,basiconic and ceoloconica on each annuli.The sensillum chaetic mainly distribute on basal and distal parts of each annuli,s.trichodea mainly on basal part of each annuli,s.basiconic mainly increases on distal part of each annuli,and s.ceoloconic mainly increases on basal part of each annuli.The results provide a basic knowledge for further study on molecular mechanism of locust chemosensation.
