| 摘 要： | 以农村宅基地确权为着眼点,在分析重庆市巴南区界石镇武新村土地利用状况、农村居民点的数量和空间布局结构特点以及规划情况的基础上,结合土地管理、土地规划中的相关理论,进而对巴南区界石镇武新村农村居民点布局进行研究。认为我国西南丘陵地区农村居民点布局应采用沿交通沿线、靠近集镇的大致模式。

| Abstract: | From the angle of verification of rural settlements＇ rights, on the basis of analyzing the land use status, rural settlements quantity, spatial layout stucture characteristics and planning situation, combining with relevant theories of land management and planning, the rural settlements layout in Wuxin Village, Jieshi Town, Banan District, Chongqing City were studied. It was thought that rural settlements layout in southwest hilly areas of China generally adopted the model along the traffic lines and near the town. |
