摘    要:DZN1野外式自动土壤水分观测仪由土壤水分传感器、采集器、无线模块和电源系统4部分组成,列举不同的土壤水分变化情况来分析判断传感器故障与否,在工作中其常见故障有传感器安装不当、传感器本身损坏、采集器通道故障、无线模块通信不稳、蓄电池电压低、各部分连线故障等,分析常见故障案例,结合其工作原理,不断总结经验,正确判断故障具体位置、故障原因,及时排除故障,保证土壤水分观测仪数据采集、上传的稳定,进一步提高工作质量。

Analysis of Common Failures of DZN1 Field Type Automatic Soil Moisture Observation Instrument

Abstract:DZN1 field type automatic observation instrument for soil moisture is composed by soil moisture sensor,data acquisition,wireless module and power supply system.The different variation of soil moisture was listed to judge the sensor fault or not.The common faults of sensor include installed properly,sensor itself is damaged,collector channel fault,wireless communication module instability,and the voltage of the battery is low,the line fault.The fault cases were analyzed according to working principle,constantly sum up experience,correctly judge the cause,location of fault,fault timely,ensure the soil moisture observation instrument data acquisition,upload stability,further improve the quality of work.
