巴氏钝绥螨对腐食酪螨的捕食作用

摘    要:目的]探究巴氏钝绥螨对腐食酪螨的捕食作用并评价其控螨效果。方法]研究了巴氏钝绥螨雌成螨在(25±1)℃、RH(80±5)%、光暗周期为16∶8 h的试验条件下对腐食酪螨各螨态的取食选择作用和捕食功能反应。结果]巴氏钝绥螨对腐食酪螨不同螨态的嗜食性显著不同,对腐食酪螨的卵和幼螨都有较强的取食选择性,选择系数分别为1.20和1.36;而对成螨的捕食选择性较小,选择系数为0.44。在一定的腐食酪螨密度范围内,巴氏钝绥螨雌成螨的捕食量随猎物密度的增长而逐渐增加;巴氏钝绥螨雌成螨对腐食酪螨的捕食功能反应方程为:1/Nα=2.260×(1/Nt)+0.069,属于HollingⅡ型。结论]为巴氏钝绥螨的保护利用及害螨综合防治提供了理论依据。

Predation Effect of Amblyseius barkeri to Tyrophagus putrescentiae

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to explore the predation effect of Amblyseius barkeri to Tyrophagus putrescentiae and evaluate the control effect of A.barkeri to T.putrescentiae.Method] Predation functional responses of female adult of A.barkeri to T.putrescentiae under conditions of(25±1) ℃,RH(80±5)% and light and dark cycles of 16∶8 h were studied.Result] There were significant differences among the preference indexes(Q) of A.barkerri to T.putrescentiae.A.barkeri preferred for eggs and larvae(Q=1.20,Q=1.36) rather to other development stages of T.putrescentiae,while preference indexes for adult mites was relatively low(Q=0.44).Functional response experience showed that daily preying capacity of A.barkerri increased gradually with the growth of the density of T.putrescentiae.Regression equation was 1/Nα=2.26×(1/Nt)+0.069,belonged to Holling Ⅱ model.Conclusion] The research results provide the oretical basis for the protection and utilization of A.barkeri and the integrated control of spider mites.
