摘 要: | 目的]研究小白菊中的化学成分。方法]应用正、反相硅胶(RP-18型)柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20型)柱层析和结合重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,并运用1H-NMR、13C-NMR,ESI-MS和ES-MS等现代波谱技术对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果]从小白菊乙醇提取物中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为辛夷脂素(fargesin,1)、1,6-二羟基桉叶烯(1,6-dihydroxyeudesmene,2)、5,7-二羟基色原酮(5,7-dihydroxychromone,3)、芝麻素(sesamin,4)、5-羟甲基糠醛(5-hydroxymethylfurfural,5)、西米杜鹃醇(simiarenol,6)、连翘脂素(phill-ygenin,7)和青蒿黄素(artemetin,8)。结论]化合物1~8均为首次从小白菊中分离得到。

Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the chemical constituents of Chryanthemum parthenium.Method] Normal phase silica gel,RP-18 Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies combined with recrystallization were used to isolate and purify the constituents.Their structures were identifided by spectroscopic methods,including 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,ESI-MS and EI-MS.Result] Eight compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Chryanthemum parthenium.Their structures were decided as fargesin(1),1,6-dihydroxyeudesmene(2),5,7-dihydroxychromone(3),sesamin(4),5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5),simiarenol(6),phillygenin(7) and artemetin(8).Conclusion] All of the compounds were isolated from Chryanthemum parthenium for the first time. |
