| 摘 要： | 为了在烘烤环节真正实现"减工降本、提质增效",在福建建阳开展了针对烤烟不同装烟方式的试验研究。结果表明,不同的装烟方式,烟夹与散叶烘烤方式的烤能都有较大提高,但是烘烤时间有所延长,相比常规挂竿,烘烤用工和能耗有所减少;从烤后烟叶经济性状和外观质量来看,烟夹和常规挂竿基本相当;烟夹和散叶初烤烟叶化学成分基本都在优质烟叶化学成分适宜范围内。综合考虑,认为在福建建阳地区目前适宜推广烟夹烘烤方式。 |

Effects of Different Loading Ways on Flue-cured Tobacco Energy Consumption and Comprehensive Traits |

| Abstract: | In order to realize ＂decreasing work and cost,improving quality and efficiency＂ in baking,an experimental research was conducted on different loading ways of flue-cured tobacco in Jianyang,Fujian Province.The results indicated that different loading ways can greatly improve the smoke clamp and loose leaves,but the baking time will extend.Compared with conventional hang pole baking,its costing labor and energy consumption can be reduced.In terms of economic characters and quality of roast tobacco,smoke clamp and the conventional hang staff are in the same condition;the chemical components of smoke clamp and loose leaves are in the suitable range of superior tobacco.It was believed that Jianyang fits to popularize the tobacco clamp curing and some qualified villages and towns can have access to the loose-leaf curing. |
