| 摘 要： | 为进一步探讨白菜原位转化法的机理，采用石蜡切片法，对小白菜的子房发育过程进行了研究。结果表明，白菜子房在幼时呈开口杯状，随着花蕾长大，子房上部逐渐接近，最后结合，把子房室封闭起来。子房闭合时，花蕾的直径在1．0mm左右，闭合的花蕾约占花蕾总数的75．9％。

| Abstract: | In order to explore the mechanism of Chinese cabbage transformation in planta, the ovary development of Chinese cabbage was investigated by paraffin section. The young ovary was open in the apex like a cup, and became closed with the growth of alabastrum. The diameter of the alabastrum was about 1.0 mm while the ovary closed, and the closed ovary was about 75.9% of the all flowers. |
