矮壮素对毛竹的矮化效应研究

摘    要:为破解毛竹竹杆高大通直易受风、雪、冰冻危害的难题,应用不同浓度的矮壮素对毛竹竹笋进行注射,控制毛竹新竹生长高度。通过试验和对毛竹新竹各生长指标的分析,结果表明:药效的作用从第2天开始至第14天结束,药效期在14天以内;注射2%溶液矮壮素的全竹高、枝下高变化率最大,F值分别为15.0543和7.5894(F(0.01)5.2922),存在极显著差异;新竹主杆的尖削度指数,注射2%溶液矮壮素的1.7688>对照的1.0626,t=12.2406(t0.014.6041),达到极显著差异。而注射浓度在0.5%、1.0%的矮壮素没有明显的作用。从抵抗风、雪、冰冻等自然灾害能力考虑,注射2%溶液的矮壮素能够改变毛竹竹杆高大通直的特点,满足设计的需要,但会造成可利用的竹材数量减少。

Abstract:In order to solving the problem that moso culm is susceptible to wind, snow and freezing rain damage, chlormequat with different concentrations was injected into moso shoot to control the culm height. The experiment and the analysis on growth indexes of new moso culms showed that the effect of chlormequat lasted from the 2nd to 14th day. The shoots injected with chlormequat of 2% concentration had the largest change in culm height and under crown height, with the F-value of 15.0543 and 7.5894(F(0.01)5.2922), showing a very significant variance. The tapering index of new moso culm injected with chlormequat of 2% concentration was 1.7688, higher than 1.0626 in the control group , t =12.2406 (t0.014.6041), showing a very significant difference. The chlormequat of 0.5% and 1.0% concentrations had no obvious effect. In consideration of the resistant capacity to wind, snow, freezing rain and other natural disasters, the chlormequat of 2% concentration could dwarf the moso change and thus meet the design requirements, but it may reduce the bamboo timber production.
