摘    要:谷胱甘肽与哺乳动物卵母细胞之间关系密切,谷胱甘肽具有一种还原能力。谷胱甘肽参与保护雌性配子细胞免受氧化物的伤害,还参与维持卵母细胞减数分裂纺锤体形态。卵母细胞中谷胱甘肽浓度可以作为衡量哺乳动物卵母细胞质和核成熟程度的标志。它对于受精后雄原核形成起了积极的作用,并且还有助于早期胚胎发育。卵丘细胞对卵母细胞内的谷胱甘肽合成起重要作用。不同种类的低分子量硫醇复合物可以诱导卵母细胞中谷胱甘肽的合成。

Abstract:Glutathione (GSH) and mammalian oocyte have significant relationship. GSH has a natural reducing power. In the female gametes, GSH is involved in the protection of these cells against oxidative damage. GSH has been implicated in maintaining the meiotic spindle morphology of the oocyte. Intracellular GSH concentrations in oocyte may be a good biochemical marker to assess the degree of cytoplasmic and nuclear maturation in mammals. After fertilization, GSH plays an active role in the formation of the male pronucleus, and has a beneficial effect on early embryogenesis.Cumulus cells play an important role in the intracellular GSH synthesis in oocyte.GSH synthesis in oocytes could be stimulated by different low-molecular weight thiol compounds.
