茄子种质资源遗传多样性的形态标记分析

摘    要:对76 份茄子种质进行形态学标记,以评价供试茄子种质资源的遗传多样性水平,结果表明:
供试茄子种质的形态学性状均存在明显的遗传差异,种质间各性状平均变异系数为54.83%,其中叶刺的
变异系数最大,为493.3%,果实弯曲度的变异系数最小,为10.9%;对茄子表型性状进行聚类分析,以
Pearson 相关性系数23 作为聚类阈值,将76 份茄子材料划分成三大类群,以Pearson 相关性系数19.5 作
为聚类阈值,将76 份茄子材料划分成七个类群。

Abstract:This study evaluated the level of genetic diversity of eggplant(Solanum melongena
L.) germplasm resources through making morphological markers on 76 copies of eggplant germplasm
resources. The results showed that the morphological traits of the tested eggplant germplasm showed
genetic differences. The average variable coefficient between each germplasm traits was 54.83%,of
which the largest variable coefficient was leaf spines,493.3%,the least variable coefficient was fruit
curvature,10.9%. Clustering analysis was carried out on eggplant phenotypic character,76 eggplant
materials were divided into 3 groups taking Pearson correlation coefficient 23 as clustering threshold,if
taking Pearson correlation coefficient 19.5 as clustering threshold,76 eggplant materials were divided
into 7 sub-groups.
