摘 要: | 丝素具有与肌腱相似的力学性能、良好的生物相容性能和加工性能。以丝素为材料构建成的组织工程肌腱具有独特的综合优势。笔者简要综述了丝素用于肌腱缺损修复的性能,包括力学性能、生物相容性能和生物降解性能;丝素的制备与加工方式;丝素在肌腱缺损修复中的应用及问题,并展望了丝素在肌腱缺损修复中的应用前景。

Abstract: | Silk fibroin has mechanical properties similar to tendons,good biocompatibility and good processing performance.There are unique comprehensive advantages to construct tissue-engineering tendons using silk fibroin.We briefly reviewed the properties of silk fibroin suitable for repair of tendon defects,including mechanical properties,biocompatibility and biological degradation;silk fibroin preparation and processing;the application of silk fibroin in the repair of tendon defects and its problems.Moreover,the application prospect of silk fibroin in the repair of tendon defects is predicted. |
