摘    要:为了获得高强度液芯微胶囊,采用中心组合设计研究了氯化钙、瓜尔豆胶、海藻酸钠、壳聚糖浓度,以及成膜时间对液芯微胶囊机械强度的影响,建立了上述各参数与液芯微胶囊机械强度之间的回归模型,获得最优的制备条件为瓜尔豆胶2.14 g/L、氯化钙2.56%、海藻酸钠0.69 g/L、壳聚糖2.96 g/L、成膜时间34 min。

Abstract:To obtain high-intensity liquid-core microcapsules,central composite design was used to study the effects of the concentration of CaCl2,guar gum,sodium alginate and chitosan,and the film-forming time on the intensity of liquid-core microcapsules.Regression models were established between the above parameters and the mechanical intensity.The optimum conditions for the microcapsules were CaCl2 2.56%,guar gum 2.14 g/L,sodium alginate 0.69g/L,chitosan 2.96g/L and the film-forming time 34min.
