摘    要:建立了检测鸡痘病毒抗体的间接ELISA方法。应用该方法检测鸡痘阳性血清,其灵敏度为琼脂扩散试验的400~800倍,而且还具有特异性强、操作简便、快速等特点。

Abstract:An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of antibodies to fowlpox virus was developed and compared with agar gel diffusion technique. These assays were used to examine the sera from chickens vaccinated experimentally, and the results revealed that the ELISA was 400-800 times more sensitive than AGID. It was simple, convenient, specific, sensitive and rapid for detecting of antibody to fowlpox virus.
