| 摘 要： | 利用废弃柞蚕丝生产的丝肽在食品、医药、化妆品、化工等领域有广泛的用途,为此研究了利用硫酸降解柞蚕丝生产丝肽的最佳条件。将硫酸浓度、反应温度和反应时间作为试验因素,经二次回归正交旋转组合试验,建立回归方程,最终得到柞蚕丝降解物丝肽的最佳生产条件为：硫酸浓度4．00～4．31mol/L,温度88．57～89．53℃,时间5．62～5．84h。在以上条件下生产所得产品的各项指标均符合食品、化妆品添加剂要求。

| Abstract: | Silk peptide prepared form waste tussah silk shows extensive use in food,medicine,cosmetics and chemical industry,the optimum for preparing silk peptide from the of Antheraea pertnyi fibroin was studied by treatment with sulphuric acid.The optimum reaction conditions,that is sulphuric acid concentration of 4.00- 4.31mol/L,temperature of 88.57-89.53℃and time of 5.62-5.84h,were determined by regression anal- ysis.By testing,product quality is qualified for food and cosmetics use. |
