摘    要:为了明确阿拉尔垦区棉田烟粉虱种群隐种以及烟粉虱捕食性天敌种类,采集阿拉尔十二团棉田中的烟粉虱及烟粉虱捕食性天敌,利用B-F/B-R和Q-F/Q-R特异性引物通过PCR检测烟粉虱隐种类型,利用烟粉虱TB-F/TB-R 94585特异性引物检测捕食性天敌肠道内是否存在烟粉虱DNA。结果表明:新疆阿拉尔垦区烟粉虱为MED隐种,初步发现烟粉虱的捕食天敌涵盖4个目5个科7种,包括多异瓢虫Adonia variegata、多异瓢虫幼虫、东亚小花蝽Orius sauteri Poppius、中华通草蛉Chrysoperla sinica 幼虫、黄褐新园蛛Neoscone doenitzi、灌木新园蛛Neoscona adianta、直伸肖蛸Tetragnatha extensa。结论:利用SCAR分子标记技术可以快速检测阿拉尔垦区烟粉虱害虫捕食性天敌种类。

Detection of predatory natural enemies of Bemisia tabaci in Aral cotton fields based on SCAR molecular markers

Abstract:In order to clarify the cryptic species of Bemisia tabaci and the predatory enemies of Bemisia tabaci in cotton fields of Alar Reclamation Area, we collected Bemisia tabaci and predatory enemies of Bemisia tabaci from cotton fields of Alar Twelve Corps, and detected the type of cryptic species of Bemisia tabaci by PCR using B-F/B-R and Q-F/Q-R primers, and detected the presence or absence of DNA of the predatory enemies in the intestines of the cotton fields by using the primers of Bemisia tabaci TB-F/TB-R 94585. The results showed that the Bemisia tabaci in Alar Reclamation Area of Xinjiang is a cryptic species of MED, and the predatory enemies of Bemisia tabaciwere found to cover 7 species in 4 orders and 5 families. Including Adonia variegata, Adonia variegata larvae, Orius sauteri Poppius, Chrysoperla sinica larvae, Neoscone doenitzi, Neoscona adianta, Tetragnatha extensa. Conclusion: The use of SCAR molecular marker technology can quickly detect the predatory natural enemy species of Bemisia tabaci pests in the Alar Reclamation Area.
