高酶活力甜高粱秸秆纤维分解菌株的筛选

摘    要:从多年堆积秸秆的腐烂土壤中粗筛出42株具有降解纤维素能力的分解菌,再经过进一步筛选得出了细菌类和真菌类的高酶活力菌株各5株,编号分别X9,X10,X13,X15,X16和Z3,Z4,Z10,Z15,Z16.在甜高粱秸秆粉液体发酵培养基中,细菌类中最高酶活力的菌株是Z15,酶活力为4.877IU/mL,发酵液中的还原糖浓度为0.088g/mL;真菌类中最高酶活力菌株是Z15,其酶活力可达4.930IU/mL,还原糖浓度为0.091g/mL.

Abstract:In the trial, forty-two strains of microorganism for decomposing cellulose were chosen from soil which collected from the deposit of stalk for many years. By the further filtering, five bacteria and five fungi had been chosen, individually , the serial number is X9,X10,X13,X15,X16 and Z3,Z4,Z10,Z15,Z16The highest enzyme activity of the bacteria can be 4.877IU/mL ,the concentration of the reduced sugar is 0.088g/mL, and the highest enzyme activity of the fungi is 4.930IU/mL, the concentration of the reduced sugar can be 0.091g/mL.
