| 摘 要： | 为探讨水貂的系统发育关系,对金州水貂的12S rRNA基因进行了克隆测序,序列长度为450 bp。结果表明,金洲水貂的12S rRNA基因与伶釉的同源性为92.48%,与林釉的同源性为91.83%,与北美水貂的同源性为90.99%,与獾的同源性为90.99%。

| Abstract: | In this research,the partial 12S rRNA gene of Jinzhou-mink was cloned and sequenced.The length of the fragment is 450 bp.By comparing the sequence with correspond to the 12S rRNA gene of Mustela hivalis,Mustela putorius,Mustela vison,Meles meles,which reported in the Genbank,the result showed that it shared homology of 92.48% with that of Mustela hivalis,91.83% with Mustela putorius,90.99% with Mustela vison,90.99% with Meles meles. |
